Shrimp Scampi Sauce by MajesticColt

@MajesticColt has shared his favorite recipe using his Apocalyptic Ape #7721 Pineapple Habanero Hot Sauce. 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 1 lemon cut in half
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple Habanero Hot Sauce or season to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 12 ounces of thawed shrimp.
  1. Combine all ingredients in a skillet and heat until fully cooked. *Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
  2. Follow directions for preparing your favorite pasta.
  3. Combine pasta and sauce.
  4. ENJOY!
