I hereby grant 'apocalyptic.shop' (and its owners), as well as 'ThrillKicker Entertainment, LLC' dba 'Apocalyptic Rations', the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the image(s) that I am uploading to this website for commercial purposes, including but not limited to the e-commerce product listing of their 'Apocalyptic Apes Hot Sauce', and the rights to market and advertise freely online.
2. I represent and warrant that I am the sole owner of the copyright in the image(s), or that I have the express permission of the copyright owner to upload the image(s) to this website. I further represent and warrant that the image(s) do not infringe on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

Upon receipt of such notice, 'ThrillKicker Entertainment, LLC' dba 'Apocalyptic Rations' and 'apocalyptic.shop' (and its owners) agree to cease all future use of the relevant image(s) within 60 days from the date of the written notice.
6. Any retail or physical distribution opportunities involving the Primal Partners IP that may arise will be subject to a separate agreement. This release does not grant 'ThrillKicker Entertainment, LLC' dba 'Apocalyptic Rations' the rights to sell and distribute Primal Partners' 'Apocalyptic Apes Hot Sauce' or related products to terrestrial brick and mortar retail outlets.
